江苏高考英语听力是全国卷，是全国Ⅰ卷。

江苏省是除了英语听力外，所有科目全部自主命题。高考试卷基本上是分为：全国卷1、全国卷2、全国卷3，以及北京、天津、上海、浙江、江苏这几个省市自主命题的考卷。
