新高考改革后，天津市普通高中学业水平考试分为合格性考试与等级性考试。7月3日至7月4日，首次高中学业水平合格性考试将在全市20个考区、87个考点开考。共有5万余名高一年级学生，在历史、地理、思想政治、物理、化学、生物六个学科中自主选择一至三门参加考试。

另悉，7月2日，将有5万余名高二年级学生，参加改革前模式下的生物、外语、思想政治科目的高中学业水平考试。

本市高中学业水平考试全部实行网上评卷。为了帮助考生做好适应性练习，市、区两级考试机构取多项措施，加大对考生的培训和服务力度，确保考生顺利应考。市高招办在此特别提醒广大考生注意以下事项：

1.2B铅笔、黑色字迹的钢笔或签字笔、直尺、圆规、三角板、无封套橡皮等必需的考试用品可带入考场，其他任何物品不准带入考场。考试时不要使用涂改液、修正带，严禁在答题卡上作标记。

2.考生接到监考员发放的考试试卷和答题卡后，应先整体浏览一下试卷的题型、题量和相关要求，对答题顺序和时间安排作整体把握，以便灵活应答。

高考作文评分标准：基础等级

基础等级又分为内容等级和表达等级。内容标准分为四个等级“切合题意、中心突出、内容充实、思想健康、感情真挚”；“符合题意、中心明确、内容较充实、思想较健康、感情真实”；“基本符合题意、中心基本明确、内容单薄、思想基本健康、感情基本真实”；“偏离题意、中心不明确、内容不当、思想不健康、感情虚”。其中“题意”“中心”和“内容”这三项比较重要，而“题意”是重中之重。

高考作文评分标准把“题意”“中心”和“内容”各分为四个梯度

“题意”：①切合题意。所写内容选择角度非常符合材料内容及含意涉及的范围；②符合题意。所写内容选择角度基本符合材料内容及含意涉及的范围；③基本符合题意。尚能把握材料，行文有所游离；④偏离题意。指仅仅抓住材料中枝节来立意行文。

简单地说，在基础等级中，考生要做到的是“入格”，写合格文；发展等级中，考生要做到的是“出彩”，写个性文，精彩文。

3月20日，我市高考英语听力考试将在20个考区、66个考点、2000余个考场举行。全市各级招生考试机构和有关职能部门精心准备，悉心安排，努力为考生创造良好的考试环境。为帮助考生做好考前准备、顺利应考，市高招办提示：

1.珍惜两次机会，从容平和应考

作为探索外语科目一年多考的重要举措，我市高考英语听力考试中，考生能参加A、B两套试卷的考试，获得两个分数，并取较高的分数计入考生高考英语科目总分。从几年实践看，能够增加考生考试机会、减轻考生考试心理压力，能够保障考生发挥正常水平、降低偶然因素对考生应考的影响。因此，请考生珍惜两次考试的机会，以平和的心态应考。

2.掌握考试规则，争取更好成绩

考生要全面学习和把握英语听力考试的有关说明和要求，了解掌握考试规则。考生接到试题卷和答题卡后，要在答题卡和试题卷的规定位置填写姓名等信息，在答题卡的规定位置粘贴考试用条形码。试题卷中包括试卷A和试卷B两部分，答题卡中包括A、B两个作答区域。按照答题规则，英语听力考试的答案须由考生用2B铅笔填涂在答题卡上，未在规定位置作答的无效。播放听力试题录音时，考生可将答案清晰地标在试卷上；每套试题播放完毕，考生都有2分钟的时间将该套试卷上的答案转涂到答题卡的对应位置上。

3.备好考试用品，千万不要迟到

按照规定，9点05分，考生开始进入考场；9点20分以后，考生不能再进入考点参加英语听力考试，请考生提早出门，不要迟到。英语听力考试的考点、考场和座位是以区县为单位随机编排的；考试用条形码上印有考生参加考试的考点名称、考场号和座位号；请考生提前了解考点所处位置，做到心中有数。考生证、、考试用条形码是考生入场参加考试的必需凭证，请务必带齐。

4.遵守考试纪律，不带禁携物品

根据国家规定，携带与考试无关物品进入考场的考生，应被认定为考试违纪，会被取消高考英语科目考试成绩。考生务必要遵守考试纪律，服从考点和监考员指挥。特别提醒考生尽量不要带手机，如将手机带到考点，要在入场前交给本学校带队教师保管；如未能交给带队教师，必须在进入考场前关机并放置在考场外指定的位置。

考前，各有关职能部门、各考区做了大量细致的准备工作，尽力为考生创设良好的考试环境。市高招办倡议社会各界，在听力考试期间不要燃放鞭炮，车辆在考点周边经过时不要鸣笛，共同做好噪声污染控制工作，维护良好的考试氛围。

2019年天津高考属于自主命题省份，一切都是遵照高考大纲命题的。高考自主命题即是各个省份可以不使用教育部编写的全国试卷，单独组织本省教师进行考试试卷的编写，即自主进行高考试卷的单独命题。

2019年分为全国甲卷(全国卷Ⅱ)，全国乙卷(全国卷Ⅰ)和全国丙卷。小语种(日语/俄语/法语/德语/西班牙语)高考统一使用全国卷，各省均无自主命题权，且不分甲乙丙卷。

高考 马虎做题出错率高如何改正

首先，学生“马大哈”的毛病是因为专注性不够。经常教导学生不能“一心二用”，最好一次只做一件事，并且全神贯注、排除干扰。有些学生在写作业时，总是习惯把手机放在一旁，这就很容易心猿意马，时不时拿起手机来刷刷“朋友圈”、看看新闻。不能一心一意、心无旁骛地写作业，丢题、落题、看错题就成为常态了。这样的习惯一旦形成，直接导致学生在考试时也不能集中精力，很容易丢“冤枉分”。

其次，“马大哈”的学生缺少性。由于很多学生有拖延症，总把作业拖到最后——不到万不得已不去做。这样往往会忙中生错，出现这样那样的问题。“向白天要效率”是洪晔一直提倡的。很多学生晚上熬夜写作业，不仅效率低，而且会严重影响第二天的听课效果。

有“马大哈”毛病的学生要从思想上重视起来。“真正意识到这个问题的危害，并愿意去改正”。从分数上来看，虽然因马虎写错字，一般不像做错一道大题丢那么多分，看起来问题不严重，但事实是，学生往往因为一分之差，就可能与一所心仪的学校失之交臂。从长远来看，“马大哈”的小毛病可能会在以后的生活、工作中酿成大错。希望小“马大哈”从现在开始，能发自内心愿意把这个毛病改掉。
