一般来讲高考英语听力30分满，不同的地区分数和题型略有不同。考生经常是听完了全部对话还没有选出答案，其实只要掌握了方法，听力也没那么难。

高考英语听力技巧

第一步：准备与预测

① 务必确认本题题干是针对man还是woman进行提问，做出圈画。（通常男女信息都会出现在选项之中）

② 题干中涉及人物、时间、地点等信息需要勾画。

③ 默读三个选项；推测三个选项彼此之间可能的关系。三个选项不一样的地方做勾画加以突出，便于稍后倾注听力重点。

第二步：获取与速记

① 在听到选项描述属于man还是woman的信息时, 分别用M和W在旁边标注。

② 记录与选项表述一致的同义词、近义词或反义词。

③ 利用缩写或符号记录关键词。

④ 注意否定句。

第三步：分析与作答

① 注意弦外之音。② 使用排除法。

以一颗平常心来面对考试。考前深呼吸也会有所帮助。相信自己，考出自己的最佳水平。临场改变不了的是原本的听力水平，但可以调整的是听力状态和应试水准，而后面这两点此时却至关重要。

学会放弃 特别是前五道题，只读一遍。如果没有听清楚上一道题，当下一道题开始的时候，就应该把注意力放在下一道题，否则两道题都会失误。回头再来推断上一道题的答案。

相信直觉 听力的第一感觉往往是正确的，不要轻易更改答案。

2023高考英语听力考试时间为2023年5月8日。

市教育考试院介绍，2023年统一高考外语科目考试（6月）英语听力试运转将于2023年5月8日（星期一）14:50-15:20举行，收听频率为fm（调频）89.9兆赫，am（中波）792千赫。

高考英语听力考试注意事项

1、学会控制情绪

考生一定要有良好的心态，把自己的心态调整到最佳，保持一颗平常心。听录音时，积极主动，充满自信，千万别急燥，急燥不安是听力考试中的大忌。在听力考试中，对听不懂的内容，要暂时放下不要耗费时间去苦思冥想。切忌急燥而影响后面答题。

2、学会预测

听力预测，具有很强的未知性、随机性和时限性，因此在听力过程中，要善于利用前后句、上下文加以推测和判断、特别注意关键词、暗示语、过渡句、信号词等。目前高考所采用的听力考试，都是先听录音后选项。先阅读题干和选项可帮助预测。

3、关键词主题句

考生可利用各段对话之间的停顿时间，快速浏览一遍题干和全部选项，分析对比各选项的不同之处，做到心中有数。对于与选项无关的内容，只须听出大意便行，即使有些地方没听懂也不要急躁，抓住关键词和主题句就可选出正确答案。

高考听力测试的考查方式

高考听力考试时间为20分钟，试卷共20小题，要求学生根据所听到的内容，从3个选项中选出一个最恰当的答案回答试卷上的问题。

试题包括两部分:

第一部分是5段短对话，每段对话后有1个小题，共5个小题。每小题答题时间约10秒。这一部分录音只放一遍

第二部分是5~6股长对话或独白，每段材料后有2~4个小题，共15个小题。答题时间约为25秒这一部分录音放两遍。

总词汇量为1500个单词左右，录音的语速大约是每分钟130~150个单词。
