你好,2019年贵州高考报名条件如下:

(一)具有我省户籍且符合下列条件的人员,可以申请参加普通高等学校招生全国统一考试:

1.遵守中华人民共和国宪法和法律;

2.高级中等教育学校毕业或具有同等学力;

3.身体状况符合相关要求。

(二)外来人员随迁子女考生具备上述1、2、3项条件,且符合贵州省外来人员随迁子女报考普通高等学校暂行规定报考条件的,可以申请参加我省普通高等学校招生全国统一考试。

全国卷,它是教育部考试中心组织命制的适用于全国大部分省区的高考试卷,目的在于保证人才选拔的公正性。从2016年开始,全国Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ卷分别改称为全国乙、甲、丙卷。小语种(日语/俄语/法语/德语/西班牙语)高考统一使用全国卷,各省均无自主命题权,且不分甲乙丙卷。

在新课程标准改革之后,全国根据是否实行新课标划分出了“课标卷”与“大纲卷”。一些地区的自主命题权被收回,2013年起“课标卷”分为Ⅰ卷和Ⅱ卷(2016年起Ⅰ卷改称乙卷,Ⅱ卷改称甲卷),2016年在此基础上新增丙卷,被不同的地区所使用,总的来说新课标乙卷的难度比新课标甲卷难度大,而丙卷难度和甲卷相当。

而使用大纲卷的地区逐渐减少,2015年大纲卷彻底退出历史舞台。自主命题造成一些负面影响,包括难度不稳定,试题质量下降等,因此,教育部自2014年公布高考改革方案后,逐步增加了使用全国卷的省份,至2018年共有26个省份回归全国卷。

使用独立命题的省市也能在部分科目上采用全国统一试题,例如江苏卷英语听力部分一直采用全国Ⅰ卷,浙江省在2017年高考改革后英语科目使用全国卷。所有小语种(日语、俄语、法语、德语、西班牙语)高考统一使用全国卷,各省均无自主命题权。

贵州省2012年普通高中新课改高考方案

我省从2010年秋季普通高中新生入学开始,全面实施普通高中课程改革。根据《教育部关于普通高中新课程省份深化高校招生考试改革的指导意见》(教学〔2008〕4号),结合《贵州省普通高中课程改革实施方案(试行)》以及普通高等学校招生考试工作实际,特制定本方案。

一、基本原则

(一)坚持以人为本的教育理念,遵循国家教育法律、法规和政策,维护教育公平。

(二)坚持有利于促进素质教育实施和创新人才培养。

(三)坚持有利于各类高等学校科学公正地选拔人才,有利于扩大高校招生自主权。

(四)坚持有利于保持社会稳定,稳步推进高考改革。

二、高考科类和科目设置

考生报考科类分为文史、理工、体育、艺术。

我省普通高等学校招生统一考试科目设置为:“3+文科综合/理科综合”。

“3”指语文、数学、外语三个科目,是所有考生必考科目。其中,数学分为文科数学和理科数学。

文科综合包括思想政治、历史、地理三个科目;理科综合包括物理、化学、生物三个科目。

报考体育类和艺术类的考生还应参加全省统一组织的专业考试。

报考外语、外贸类院校及英语专业的考生,应参加全省统一组织的英语口语考试。

三、考试时间与分值

高考总分750分。

语文考试时间150分钟,分值150分。

数学(文、理)考试时间120分钟,分值150分。

文科综合和理科综合考试时间150分钟,分值各300分。

2013年、2014年英语笔试考试时间100分钟,分值135分,使用教育部考试中心统一命制的分值为120分试卷,按考生卷面成绩乘以135除以120记入考生英语科成绩;听力考试时间20分钟,分值15分,使用教育部考试中心统一命制的分值为30分试卷,按考生卷面成绩乘以15除以30记入考生英语科成绩。

2015年及以后英语笔试考试时间100分钟,分值120分;听力考试时间20分钟,分值30分。

英语听力在全国英语等级考试(二级)听力部分中进行,考生可在高中第三学年第一学期9月和第二学期3月参加听力考试,若考生参加两次考试,以考生最高成绩记入高考英语科目成绩。

其他外语语种(含听力)考试按教育部考试中心统一规定执行,考试时间为120分钟,分值150分。

四、命题及考试范围

我省普通高等学校招生统一考试试题由教育部考试中心统一命制。

高考命题依据教育部2003年颁布的《普通高中课程方案(实验)》、语文等9学科《普通高中课程标准(实验)》,以及教育部考试中心颁布的《普通高等学校招生全国统一考试大纲(课程标准实验版)》。

考试范围为《普通高等学校招生全国统一考试大纲(课程标准实验版)》和《普通高等学校招生全国统一考试大纲的说明(课程标准实验版)》中规定的必考内容和选考内容(见附件)。

五、招生录取

建立以高考成绩与普通高中学业水平考试及综合素质评价相结合的高考评价体系。

(一)普通高中学业水平考试成绩和综合素质评价记入考生电子档案。

普通高中学生要在高中阶段参加普通高中学业水平考试,学校要对普通高中学生进行综合素质评价。

高中毕业生的学业水平考试成绩、学生综合素质评价均记入考生电子档案。考生电子档案包括考生高中学业水平考试成绩、学生综合素质评价和考生报名信息、体检信息、志愿信息、高考成绩信息、考生家庭情况、诚信记录等。

(二)学业水平考试成绩及综合素质评价作为高考录取的参考依据。

1.考生学业水平考试成绩作为高考同分考生位次排序的依据。

2.考生按志愿从高分到低分投档后,招生高校可在进档考生范围内,按照公布的招生章程,参照考生学业水平考试成绩及综合素质评价录取考生。

3.自主招生高校可依据学业水平考试成绩及综合素质评价对考生进行考核。

(三)加大高等职业教育(含普通专科、以下称高职)招生改革力度,实施多渠道录取。

1.积极推进国家级示范高职院校单独招生工作,扩大单独招生规模。

2.扩大中职报考高职和高职初中五年制招生规模。

3.试行实施以学业水平考试成绩及综合素质评价为依据的高职招生注册入学办法。

六、保障措施

各级人民政府要高度重视,加强领导,统筹协调。

各级教育行政部门要加强普通高中新课程改革和高考改革方案的宣传,使公众及时了解改革内容和相关政策规定及改革意义,为高考改革平稳实施创造良好的舆论环境;要采取切实有力的措施,认真做好各项工作,特别要做好中学外语听力教学的师资队伍和硬件设施建设工作,确保高考改革有序推进。

各级招生考试机构要按照高考改革的要求,加强报名、考试、评卷、录取等各个环节的管理,制订、完善各项实施细则,进一步深化阳光招生制度,加大招生信息公开、公示力度,采取有效措施,保障各环节工作安全、高效的完成。

各高等院校要加快改革步伐,逐步建立健全有利于专门人才、创新人才选拔的多元录取机制。

各普通高中要认真实施高中新课程改革,按照教育部颁布的课程方案和课程标准做好教学工作;要切实做好高考改革的宣传工作,积极引导考生,确保普通高中新课程改革和高考改革的顺利实施。
